General Notes

  1. The processing of Personal Data described in this is carried out on the basis of consent. In the event of a fundamental change, the Company will seek additional approval from and/or notify the Data Subject, as the case may be
  2. Personal Data will be deleted in accordance with the retention period specified in the Company’s Data Retention Policy and/or in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event that there is a new legal basis or renewed consent for the processing of Personal Data, the Company will notify the Data Subject and obtain new consent prior to further processing. Further information on specific data retention periods can be obtained by contacting the Company’s Data Protection Officer.
  3. The Company will notify third parties who have received Personal Data to process such data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, this Consent Form, and the Company’s Privacy Policy. Such third parties may include, but are not limited to, information technology service providers, recruitment vendors, payroll service providers, data storage providers, or other parties engaged by the Company to support operational activities and legal compliance.
    In addition, the Company requires these third parties to delete or destroy the Personal Data since it is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing or upon the expiry of the retention period based on applicable laws or contractual agreements. Such deletion or destruction must be carried out within a reasonable time frame and evidenced by appropriate documentation from the third party.

Consent Form

By signing this Consent Form, I, as the Personal Data Subject, declared that:

  1. I voluntarily, explicitly, and specifically consent to the processing of my personal data by PT. Transcosmos Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection and it’s implementing regulations.
  2. I understand that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the relevant party responsible for the processing of my personal data at PT. Transcosmos Indonesia. I acknowledge that such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and that certain services or legal obligations may still require the processing of my data.
  3. I have received an explanation of how my data will be processed, stored and to whom it will be disclosed, including third parties engaged by the Company such as information technology service providers, recruitment vendors, payroll service providers, data storage providers, and relevant government agencies in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
  4. I understand that the exercise of my rights as a Personal Data Subject may affect the availability or provision of certain services to the extent such services rely on the lawful and necessary processing of my personal data by the Company.
  5. I acknowledge and agree that I have received, read, understood and agreed to the entire contents of the Privacy Policy and hereby give my informed consent as described above.
