Job Detail

  • Create, plan, and publish social media content with a strong focus on food-related video content.
  • Research and stay updated on food trends, viral formats, and audience behavior.
  • Analyze competitor content to identify opportunities, content gaps, and best practices.
  • Optimize content based on TikTok algorithm, including hook, watch time, retention, and engagement signals.
  • Apply search visibility principles (keywords, hashtags, captions, on-screen text) to improve discoverability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, campaign) to align content with brand goals.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong interest and understanding of food content, culinary trends, and lifestyle.
  • Understanding of basic social media analytics (reach, engagement, retention.
  • Experienced in content creation, especially short-form video (TikTok / IG Reels) despite not produces the content.
  • Good understanding of TikTok algorithm and how content gains reach organically.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera (if needed for content).
  • Able to analyze competitors and translate insights into content ideas.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content formats.
  • Plus Point: Experience managing brand or community social media accounts.
  • Plus Point: Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere, or similar tools).
