Job Detail

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Design and implement automated and manual testing procedures to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Execute test cases and document results, ensuring all functionalities are tested thoroughly.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
  • Work closely with the development team to reproduce issues and provide detailed information for resolution.
  • Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards before release.
  • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the product can handle expected user loads.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and bug reports.
  • Provide clear and concise documentation for any issues found during testing.
  • Stay updated on the latest testing tools, techniques, and best practices.

Skill Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Selenium).
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
  • Ability to write and maintain test scripts.
  • Understanding of different testing phases (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, system testing).
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems, understand root causes, and provide actionable solutions.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Educational Level
