As a Project Manager focusing on social media and campaign handling, your primary responsibilities will
include: Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines,
and resource allocation for social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with clients and internal teams
(creative, content, media, analytics) to define campaign goals and strategies. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify
target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies. Campaign Execution & Oversight:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and client
expectations. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Client Relationship
Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates, present campaign progress, and address client feedback and concerns
promptly and professionally. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new service offerings. Budget & Resource
Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial constraints. Optimize
resource utilization, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel and tools. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to
keep projects on track. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for social
media campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports on campaign effectiveness.
Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on performance data. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure all social media content and campaign activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all deliverables.
Skill Requirements
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, specifically within digital marketing, social media, or advertising agencies.
Demonstrable experience managing successful social media campaigns from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their respective best practices.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Teams, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (e.g., paid social, SEO, SEM) is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic team management capabilities, with a proven track record of empowering, mentoring, and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.

Educational Level
University(S1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
