Job Detail

  • Offline Activation Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive offline brand activation strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and in-store activations.
  • Propose innovative and creative offline activation concepts that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop detailed activation plans, including timelines, budgets, logistical requirements, and staffing needs.
  • Execution & Project Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of all assigned offline brand activation projects, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners (e.g., event organizers, venue managers, production companies).
  • Oversee on-site activation logistics, including setup, teardown, equipment management, and personnel coordination.
  • Ensure all activations adhere to brand guidelines, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any operational challenges that arise during activation periods.

Skill Requirements

  • Have Minimum 1 Year of experience in handling event & campaign.
  • Proficient in English is a plus.
  • Experience in event organizing, event planning, marketing, and/or public relations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Asana, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with event software, and digital marketing channels.
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for events & eager to contribute new ideas.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments (including weekends when needed).

Educational Level

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
