Job Detail

  • Support and grow our online and regional communities.
  • Engage members across platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, website, and social media).
  • Manage community rewards and contributions.
  • Execute engagement strategies to drive member retention and participation.

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media moderation, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
  • Ability to foster online community culture and create meaningful engagement.
  • Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and community management tools.
  • Experience in basic data reporting, community analytics, and budget tracking.
  • Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to recruit, activate, and coordinate community amplifier networks for campaign support.
  • Understanding of UGC campaign mechanics and how to boost organic visibility through community amplification.
  • Problem-solving mindset and empathy for community members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with loyalty programs, gamification, or user generated content campaigns.
  • Preferred: Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors.
  • Preferred: Background in handling online-to-offline (O2O) community programs or events.

Educational Level

  • University(S1) Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
