Job Detail

  • - Lead AI model training through data annotation
  • - Analyze logs and user feedback using data-driven methods to improve AI product performance, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • - Recommend and track key performance indicators for AI products
  • - Provide detailed reports with insightful analysis
  • - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features
  • - Maintain and update chatbot and helpcenter knowledge base
  • - Perform other tasks assigned by management

Skill Requirements

  • - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • - Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, concise messaging
  • - Fluency in written and spoken English is a Mandatory
