Job Detail

  • Capability to execute daily tasks related to ad creation, campaign management, and content development, while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Competence in monitoring and optimizing ads nor social media based on performance data and superior feedback.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and implement continuous improvements to optimize social media operations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, digital advertisement, and KOL Campaign, with a willingness to learn and grow further in this area.

Skill Requirements

  • Min. 1 year experience in managing social media platforms, including scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on digital advertisement and social media management.
  • Creative in developing engaging content.
  • Able to monitor, analyze, and optimize content or ads based on performance data.
  • Primary skill required with social media management, while knowledge in digital advertisement or KOL campaigns will be considered a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn new trends and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).

Educational Level

  • Bachelor degree of any any major.
