• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
• Create and maintain design systems such as layout grids, templates, and visual guidelines for efficiency and consistency.
• Create design static and motion creation, include: Concepting, Copywriting, Design Creation, Resize, Revision.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior designers or visual team members.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders with strong reasoning and relevant insights.
