transcosmos Expands and Renovates Busan Center in Korea

transcosmos Accelerates business Expansion in Korea with an Aim of Reaching 1,300 Seat Scale by 2016

(Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda; TSE First Section: 9715; hereafter, transcosmos) will expand and renovate Busan center due to its business expansion in South Korea. In addition, transcosmos has reached a basic agreement on subsidies associated with this renovation, and has conducted a signing and opening ceremony of the new center on September 24. transcosmos intends to increase its current 900 seat operation scale to 1,300 seats by 2016.

“This year marks transcosmos Korea’s 13th year since its contact center operation launch in 2001 with a 200 seat scale.
Since then, transcosmos Korea has been providing various services starting with contact center, digital marketing such as Internet advertisement, and offering a comprehensive “one-stop” service from E-commerce research and analysis, E-commerce website construction and operations, web promotion, to fulfillment to support the corporate clients’ sales and marketing needs, making it the largest IT outsourcing company among the independent companies in South Korea.
On the other hand, the Busan Center started with a 100 seat scale in 2003 over a decade ago.
