Job Detail
- Contact customers by phone to confirm and validate customer data.
- Introduce and promote company products to prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback surveys.
- Record and update all interactions, feedback, and results into the system.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly telemarketing reports to the supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Skill Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Passive English communication.
