Job Detail

Create monthly report and other report requested, Provide and checking data, Create Editorial Plan. Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of content and make data-driven decisions for optimization across channels. Monitoring Comments and Feedback: Keep a watchful eye on comments and feedback, addressing any negative comments or issues promptly and professionally. Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that activities are delivered as planned.

Skill Requirements

Develop social media campaigns and media relations strategies. Has advance skill in Microsoft Office. Has experience in Social Media Officer. Female (preferable). Has good communication skill. Able to work in agile and fast adaptability. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
