Job Detail

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of contact center agents (customer service and telemarketing).
  • Monitor daily operations, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes, scripts, and service efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a contact center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting.
  • High level of customer service orientation and professionalism.
  • Proficient in speak English.
  • Has understanding and experience with advertisement will be strongly recommended.

Educational Level

  • Bachelor Degree at any major.
