On September 21, 2017, Shanghai transcosmos Marketing Services Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shanghai, China; CEO: Eijiro Yamashita; hereafter, transcosmos China), a wholly-owned subsidiary of transcosmos inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda; hereafter, transcosmos), won the “2017 Golden Voice Award- China Best Outsourcing Customer Contact Center of the Year Awards, 2017” at “2017 China Best Contact Center & CRM Ceremony”.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the “Golden Voice Award”, which is hosted and directed by CNCBA.org (the Call Center of China and the BPO Industry Alliance). Prominent contact centers and CRM companies compete for the award, which represents the “Oscars” of the industry. Thousands of companies submitted entries for the award this year. After going through rigorous screening processes, including an initial evaluation by the award review committee, on-site performance evaluation and expert judgement, transcosmos was awarded the “Golden Voice Award – China Best Outsourcing Customer Contact Center of the Year Awards, 2017”, a grand prize for the outsourcing services category.
